SHA-256 Browser Migration

This release provides an automated way to update existing installations to use SHA-256 certificates.

Chrome is sunsetting SHA-1 support (which our certs have been signed with).

This release provides the following:

sha-256-browser-migration-2.4.x.v1.tar.gz - Applicable to Intel(R) EE for Lustre* Software, version 2.4.X installations.

sha-256-browser-migration-3.x.x.v1.tar.gz - Applicable to Intel(R) EE for Lustre* Software, version 3.x.x installations.
