  Bug Fixes / Modifications included in Build 24:

   1. WHQL HCT 9.501 Pre-OS failures on SBT2
   2. SBT2 does not boot from IDE CompactFlash with BIOS builds 16-22 
   3. Device Manager / USB Root Hub shows 4 ports  
   4. Chip registers not being cleared by BIOS leaving them undefined
   5. Setup displays jumper status message.
   6. PCI Resources lacking when 6 PCI slots are used
   7. PCI Card failure in 32bit slots: lack of PCI resources  
   8. PCI parity detection not enabled in PCI devices  
   9. SEL Full error message not displayed on POST when SEL is full.
