This package will create a floppy diskette containing the RAID Software suite for the SCO Unixware 7.1.1 Operating system.  It provides drivers and tools for use with Intel(R) Server RAID controllers.  

Please ensure that your RAID adapters firmware is updated before installing these tools.

Using This Tool
================

TO CREATE THE RAID SOFTWARE SUITE DISKETTE
1. Download the selected file
2. Double click the executable (u711_rss_03.exe) to create the diskette

TO INSTALL UNIXWARE 7.1.1 TO A RAID HOST DRIVE
1. Insert and boot to the UnixWare installation floppy diskette 1 of 2 which was included with your OS user's manual. 
2. When prompted by the installer insert a Host Bus Adapter (HBA) diskette (created from the u711_rss_03.exe) 
3. Continue the OS installation. 

TO LAUNCH STORAGE CONSOLE
1. Launch StorCon by typing the following at the prompt: 
	StorCon <Enter>
